This would not be a 5 star review if cloud9 didn't follow that inconvenience up with stellar service throughout the weekend. I was switched into the Lamborghini Hurracan Performante for the weekend. During the rental when the car showed a "check coolant" error a team member drove out to the car to add coolant and even drove the car to my wedding reception venue since the repair would have otherwise caused a delay.
