During the rental when the car showed a "check coolant" error a team member drove out to the car to add coolant and even drove the car to my wedding reception venue since the repair would have otherwise caused a delay. The entire team was friendly, very apologetic for the change in car and accommodating. Thank you for turning this one around Cloud9.
