This would not be a 5 star review if cloud9 didn't follow that inconvenience up with stellar service throughout the weekend. I was switched into the Lamborghini Hurracan Performante for the weekend. During the rental when the car showed a "check coolant" error a team member drove out to the car to add coolant and even drove the car to my wedding reception venue since the repair would have otherwise caused a delay. The entire team was friendly, very apologetic for the change in car and accommodating. Thank you for turning this one around Cloud9.

We took care of the paperwork & setup a time for pickup. He had the car fully detailed for me when I arrived and went over all of the features in the McLaren 600 LT. The car was absolutely incredible and I had one of the best nights of my life driving the McLaren. It was a huge hit everywhere we went.
