They were very helpful when it came to questions regarding delivery and insurance, rental agreement and payment. Very quick responses via text and phone calls for everything I needed. Now... The car... INSANE!!! Brand new 2023 Lamborghini Technica!!! I was renting the car to surprise my kids for a day of fun driving around Marco Island/Naples. The kids were blow away when they dropped off the car, which was delivered full of gas and in absolutely show room condition. That car drove like a dream! The entire rental process was seamless and easy. I will defiantly be renting again from Cloud 9 every time we return to Naples or Marco Island. We took a four hour group driving tour with 5 drivers in a total of 5 different exotic cars including a Ferrari California T, a convertible Rolls Royce Dawn, a... read more Lamborghini Huracan, a Porsche 911 cabriolet, and a Mercedes AMG GT53. We drove from one end of Naples to the other, as a group, lead by 2 very accommodating tour leaders. The 5 drivers switched cars every half an hour or so. The cars were in tip top shape and the tour leaders made certain that each driver understood how to drive each car because the cars were so different. It was a fabulous experience. We loved it.
