This would not be a 5 star review if cloud9 didn't follow that inconvenience up with stellar service throughout the weekend. I was switched into the Lamborghini Hurracan Performante for the weekend. During the rental when the car showed a "check coolant" error a team member drove out to the car to add coolant and even drove the car to my wedding reception venue since the repair would have otherwise caused a delay. The entire team was friendly, very apologetic for the change in car and accommodating. Thank you for turning this one around Cloud9.

I had $6,000 in deposits out (got them back but took 3-5 biz days). It cost half as much and knowing if anything went wrong those guys were local was awesome. If you’ve never driven a super-car YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. DEFINITELY. A BUCKET LIST ITEM. The crazy thing is for less than $400 throw on a fake Rolex, head down to Tommy Bahamas. You’ll have a great night!! (Locals know what I’m talking about lol)

The service is excellent...from the initial phone call to the return of the vehicle they go out of their way, literally, to deliver the car and pick it up if you can't visit their showroom, which is an experience in itself. Its like a colorful candy store for grownups.
