This would not be a 5 star review if cloud9 didn't follow that inconvenience up with stellar service throughout the weekend. I was switched into the Lamborghini Hurracan Performante for the weekend. During the rental when the car showed a "check coolant" error a team member drove out to the car to add coolant and even drove the car to my wedding reception venue since the repair would have otherwise caused a delay. The entire team was friendly, very apologetic for the change in car and accommodating. Thank you for turning this one around Cloud9.

We drove from one end of Naples to the other, as a group, lead by 2 very accommodating tour leaders. The 5 drivers switched cars every half an hour or so. The cars were in tip top shape and the tour leaders made certain that each driver understood how to drive each car because the cars were so different. It was a fabulous experience. We loved it. If you are interested in driving exotic cars, this is your opportunity, at a fair price, to do so.
